In the event of a voided bet, the stake will be returned to your account balance. Bets that are part of an accumulator where one leg is voided will be settled as if the voided leg did not exist.

• Request from the account holder themselves (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Regulatory or legal requirement.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach on your part, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after applicable verification. If the account was closed due to a breach, 97phlove may withhold balances pending investigation and will act in accordance with applicable law.
